BATAVIA – City police charged the following people during the past two weeks:
– Brian M. Raphael, 34, of Batavia was charged on a warrant with failure to appear in court three times. He was committed to jail with bail set at $5,000.
n James A. Colantonio, 53, of Batavia was charged with harassment after an argument with a co-worker.
n Kyle J. Schroeder, 25, of Batavia was charged with criminal mischief for damaging property at a local business.
n Isaiah L. Poole, 22, of Albion was charged on a warrant with criminal contempt of court.
n Joseph T. Martino, 30, homeless, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny for stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from a business.
BATAVIA – Lance M. Mercado Sr., 32, of Vine Street was charged with aggravated harassment for repeatedly threatening a person, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
Mercado was committed to Genesee County Jail, pending an appearance in Town Court.
BATAVIA – Connie R. Todd, 51, of Gasport was charged with DWI after she was stopped for speeding on Route 63 last week, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
She is to appear Nov. 10 in Town Court.
BATAVIA – Johnnie M. Waston, 39, of Rochester was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment after an investigation into a domestic dispute, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
He was later turned over to City Police, who charged him on warrants with failure to appear in court and felony criminal mischief for damaging property.
BATAVIA – Nickolas A. Figlow, 20, of Oak Street was charged with criminal mischief and harassment, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
He allegedly damaged a person’s car and then followed the person to Walmart.
PEMBROKE – Jordan A. Merica, 20, of Oakfield was charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child for allegedly providing alcohol to a minor, state police said.
Merica is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
CLARENDON – Ryan W. Macintyre, 33, of Holley was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 2:22 a.m. Saturday, state police said.
He also was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
ELBA – James M. DiMatteo, 42, of Barre was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 10 a.m. Friday, state police said.
He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
